About this policy
PIA Team operates piateam.com.au and leads.piateam.com.au. This policy explains how information is handled through these websites, including enquiries and appointment requests. A separate notice or agreement may apply if you engage us for a service.
For privacy questions, requests or complaints, email info@piateam.com.au, call 1300 551 051, or write to PIA Team, PO Box 302, Carina QLD 4152.
Information we collect
When you make an enquiry, we collect the information you provide. This can include your name, email address, phone number, state, property goals, retirement timeframe, income target, priorities, questions and other information you choose to include. The enquiry form also records the submission time and the page address.
If you request an appointment through Calendly, the details you provide are handled by that booking service and made available for managing your appointment.
You can read the website without sending an enquiry. If you do not provide contact details, we may be unable to respond or arrange the discussion you request. Please do not send identity documents, bank records or other sensitive documents through a general website enquiry.
How we use and hold enquiry information
We use enquiry and booking information to respond to your request, contact you about the matters you raise, arrange discussions and keep records of those interactions. Requesting a discussion is separate from enrolling in a program or entering a property, finance or other service agreement.
Our websites use WordPress and Namecheap hosting. Enquiry submissions pass through Make, and enquiry records are held electronically using Google Sheets and email. These providers support website hosting, enquiry routing, record keeping and communications. Calendly supports appointment bookings. Information needed to provide these functions is handled by PIA Team and the relevant service providers.
If you engage us for a separate property, finance or other service, any additional information collection or sharing arrangements will be addressed for that service.
Website pages use HTTPS. Information handled by a third-party provider is also subject to that provider's privacy and security arrangements. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Cookies, embedded content and advertising measurement
Our enquiry page uses a Meta pixel to measure page visits and enquiries for advertising. Our homepage includes Calendly booking content, Google reviews and YouTube content. When these services load or you interact with them, their providers may receive technical information such as your IP address, device and browser information, page visits and cookie identifiers.
Your browser and the relevant provider's account or advertising settings may let you manage cookies and advertising preferences. Blocking cookies or embedded content may affect website features. A link to another website does not mean its information-handling practices are the same as ours.
Providers and overseas processing
Service providers may store or process information outside Australia. Namecheap and Calendly describe processing in the United States and other countries. Make offers processing regions in the United States and Europe. Google operates servers around the world. The location can depend on the provider, service and account settings.
For details about their handling and available privacy controls, see the privacy information from Namecheap, Make, Google, Calendly and Meta.
Access, correction, deletion and complaints
Contact us using the details above if you want to ask what information PIA Team holds about you, request access or correction, or ask us to stop contacting you or delete enquiry information. Include enough detail for us to identify the relevant enquiry and understand your request. We may need to confirm your identity before providing personal information.
We will assess your request and respond through the contact details you provide. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or address an existing service relationship or dispute. If we cannot fulfil a request, we will explain the reason.
If you have a privacy concern, describe what happened and the outcome you are seeking. Please contact PIA Team first so we can address it. If it remains unresolved, you can seek guidance from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner about available complaint options.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as website services or information-handling arrangements change. The current version and update date will appear on this page.
